REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The Moniteau County R-1 School District is accepting proposals for the lease and service of multifunctional printer/copiers and color printers. Proposals are requested for a five-year lease term.

Proposals will be received during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Deadline for submission of proposals:
9:00 a.m. on June 12, 2026

All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked:

The Board of Education reserves the right to waive technicalities, select any vendor submitting a proposal, and reject any or all proposals.
