The Moniteau County R-1 School District is accepting sealed surplus bids on district items. Please note that the condition of all items will vary.

All bids must be submitted on a per-item basis and delivered to the District Office no later than 1:00 p.m. on June 12, 2026. Bids should be sealed and clearly labeled. Submitted bids will be presented for approval at the Board of Education meeting on June 17, 2026. Successful bidders will be notified on June 18, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.

All purchased items must be picked up between June 20 and June 30, 2026. The “Cottage of Knowledge” may be picked up no later than July 15, 2026. Please note that the bidder is responsible for the removal and pickup of all purchased items.
