The Moniteau County R-1 School District is accepting sealed surplus bids on district items. Please note that the condition of all items will vary.
All bids must be submitted on a per-item basis and delivered to the District Office no later than 9/11/2026. Bids should be sealed and clearly labeled “Surplus Bid.”
Submitted bids will be presented for approval at the Board of Education meeting on 9/16/2026. Successful bidders will be notified on 9/17/2026.
All purchased items must be picked up by 10/2/2026.

Registration begins for some buildings this week, and we want to help make the process as smooth as possible for all families!
Please complete your Online Registration through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal before attending Registration/Open House at your student’s building. If your child attended summer school as a new student, they are considered a returning student! Please do not fill out the new student registration in the link. Email: Parent.Portal@CaliforniaK12.org for your login information.
Simply log in, review your:
• Household information
• Parent/Guardian information
• Emergency contacts
• Student information
Make any needed updates, digitally sign, and click Submit.
Completing online registration ahead of time will save you time during Registration/Open House and allow our staff to help address any questions or issues before the school year begins.
📌 Please Note: Families should still attend Registration/Open House at their designated building to complete the remaining registration activities.
