Sports Physicals

The Moniteau County Health Center (401 South Francis in California) will offer 4 sports physicals for students attending any county school. A sports physical form from the school the child attends must be completed and signed by the parent. An appointment is necessary for the clinics; no walk-ins will be accepted. Appointments may be made by phoning the health center at 573-796-3412 during office hours (8 a.m.-noon & 1-5 p.m, Monday-Friday). A $10.00 contribution will be appreciated.

Clinic dates will be: Monday, June 30th; Tuesday, July 15th and Tuesday, August 5th.

FREE CHICKENPOX VACCINE!

If your child has never had chickenpox, you can get the Varicella vaccine for no charge at the Moniteau County Health Department. No appointment is necessary. If you have any questions, please call 796-3412.
